Enjoy seclusion and serenity while still being within a 5 minute drive to stores and other amenities. This 1,600 sq ft 3 bed 1 bath recently renovated Vintage Farmhouse is located in the HEART of the California Shenandoah Valley wine country. This working ranch/farm sits on 50 rolling acres literally surrounded by the most sought after vineyards and wineries in Shenandoah Valley CA . On the property there is almost 10 acres of Zinfandel grapes maintained and harvested by Deaver Vineyards. Within walking distance to well known wineries, to name a few: Borjon, Karmere, Cooper, Terra D’Oro, Helwig, Andis, Villa Toscano and the list goes on! The farm has horses, sheep and cows roaming the property, there are two old rustic barns with cornhole and horseshoe games for outdoor enjoyment with a view of the vineyard.
